Glowing Jelly Diffusers

These glowing diffusers create an effect that you just can't get with an LED bulb by itself.  The faint glow during blank spaces creates a unique ghosting effect.  Made of of a soft jelly PVC these will stretch to fit your bulbs securely and will not get stuck like the hard plastic counterparts.
