RaveReady.com is happy to exchange or return almost any product as long as it is in re-sellable condition and meets the terms listed below. 

A refund will be remitted to you via your credit card account or store credit for the merchandise amount minus the original shipping and handling fees after we receive your returned package. You must return merchandise via USPS within 10 days of receipt of item, no RMA is needed, just use this form to message us a heads up:

• Items not returned in original condition are not eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange.
• Items that have been laundered.
• Any itmes that are generally worn without undergarments
• Unsealed Hosiery, body stockings, panty-style bottoms
• Wigs
• Items with tags removed.
• Items that smell of cigarette smoke, body odor or perfume.
• Items that have lotion or body glitter on them.
• Items that have human & animal/pet hair on them.
• Items not returned in original packaging.
• Special Order Items - Set4Lyfe, OnCue or any other custom crafted items. 
• Closeout and Sale Items

  Used, worn, stained or otherwise unsalable items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.  All returns and exchanges will take 7 - 10 business days to process. Your package MUST be returned within 10 days via USPS.
