Most orders leave our warehouses in less than 4 business days. Special orders can take an extended amount of time and details for specific shipping times will be located in the products description.
How will my package be shipped?
Most orders are shipped via USPS priority mail. Larger orders and heavy items may be shipped with FedEx or UPS.
Can you express my shipment?
No, we do not offer any expedited shipping methods. We offer a ton of custom made items that are custom made and there is no way to provide a faster shipping method on these.
Are you open on the weekends?
We process some orders on the weekend, but nothing will be shipped out until a weekday.
I only recieved part of my order, where is the rest!?
We often split orders up in more than one pacakge to expedite delivery. The rest of your order is on the way.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! All over the world!
Why does my tracking number say "not found"?
Tracking numbers can take up to two days to show up in the online system. We don't issue tracking numbers until the order is ready to leave our warehouse, so if you have a tracking number it's on it's way! Don't stress if it's not showing up online right away.
When will you respond to my message?
Emails can take 2-3 business days to respond to depending on the seaon.
