I'm a 6' tall 34A with a largish-butt (37" hips) and the S/M fits great! The ties on the "shorts" make it perfectly adjustable to the size and shape of your booty. I'll be rocking these at Ultra this spring, though I think I'll wear some spankies underneath for a little extra protection. :P
